HOW It WOrkS:

Email photos to info@consigningdesign.com for approval.
Items must meet our selection guidelines and be in sellable condition. We do not accept broken, stained, faded, dirty, or ripped items — please disclose any damage upfront.
Schedule an appointment to bring approved items in.

You'll receive a personal account to track your items and view pricing.
Pricing is emailed and posted to your account the day items arrive, based on condition, demand, brand, and age.
Contracts are 120 days. Items reduce 10–15% every 30 days.
50/50 split on all furniture. Checks are issued monthly for the prior month's sales.
We do NOT charge a startup fee. A small handling fee per item (covering credit card, online, and other costs) is paid by the purchaser, not the consignor.

You may bring up to 10 items anytime Monday-Thursday without an appointment for us to view.
We can schedule appointments if you have more than 10 items or need to come on a Friday or Saturday.
You will receive 40% of all sales on home decor pieces
Everything else is the same as the information above.

You can drop off 5 items or less Monday-Thursday - No Appointment.
You may bring a Maximum of 25 items with an appointment for us to view.
We will display & sell your items for 90 days
You’ll receive 40% of each sell and you’ll receive 50% on all designer items.
Items reduce every 30 days the item is still available.
Checks are cut once a month for the previous months sales
You’ll receive a personal online account to view the status of your items at anytime.
You’ll have 7 days to collect any items if unsold.
We hand pick each item based off of what our customers are looking for. Our customers preferences will always be in our selection guidelines.
Items in trash bags will never be accepted.
